Quality of life update + new level

Thanks for playing and submitting feedback!

I've made a couple of changes and fixed some bugs:

– Added a way to toggle the music on/off with the 'M' key
– You can now clear all waypoints to reset a level by pressing backspace
– Fixed the win state message appearing when it shouldn't
– The game now hides the player's cursor while focused on the game window
– Added a new level - 'Homotopy' - it's trickier than it looks!
