Update

To make the game experience a little more streamline, I've made it so you advance to the next level by moving to the flashing 'next level' indicator once each level is completed. You can still press enter to advance to the next level.

I've also made a couple of graphical tweaks to make things a little clearer.

Also a new level - David and Goliath!
